We may process identification and contact details, location, information about floor area and rooms, preferences, indicative budget, technical requirements, communications and the data needed to prepare samples, appointments, advice or quotations. We do not request special categories of personal data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Enquiries, calls, WhatsApp, samples, appointments and quotations: steps requested before entering into a contract and consent where applicable.
• MEISTER Concierge: consent and requested pre-contractual steps for an initial recommendation reviewed by a specialist.
• Security, abuse prevention and consent evidence: legitimate interest in protecting the service and compliance with legal obligations.
• Marketing communications: only when expressly requested, based on consent that can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Retention

Data is retained for the time needed to answer the request and manage the resulting relationship. It may then remain blocked for applicable statutory liability periods. Data used exclusively for marketing is processed until consent is withdrawn or erasure is requested.
